CryptoPunks, a pioneering collection in the NFT space, dominated CryptoSlam’s daily NFT sales chart on Tuesday, achieving impressive figures in the marketplace. Here are the key highlights of the day’s NFT sales:

  1. CryptoPunks: The collection led the charts with a total of US$1.34 million in sales. This surge was fueled by transactions involving six unique buyers and sellers, with an average price per NFT reaching US$224,950. This performance bolstered CryptoPunks’ all-time sales volume to US$2.85 billion, positioning it as the third highest-grossing collection in the industry, following Axie Infinity and Bored Ape Yacht Club.
  2. NodeMonkes: Ranked second for the day, NodeMonkes, a Bitcoin-themed collection, garnered US$881,042 in sales across 84 transactions. The collection saw participation from 72 unique buyers and 60 sellers, indicating robust activity within its community.
  3. Bored Ape Yacht Club: This Ethereum-based collection recorded US$787,642 in sales, with 25 unique buyers matching the number of sellers. Known for its consistent performance in the NFT market, Bored Ape Yacht Club maintained its prominence with this day’s sales figure.
  4. Milady NFT and Sunny Girl on Polygon: Milady NFT on Polygon witnessed a significant increase in sales, rising from US$10.43 the previous day to US$650,064. Similarly, Sunny Girl on Polygon saw a substantial surge, with sales jumping from US$10.97 to US$650,022. These movements underscore Polygon’s growing presence in the NFT market.
  5. Other Notable Performers: Bitcoin Puppets generated US$630,740 in sales, while DMarket accumulated US$572,784. Pudgy Penguins also made headlines with US$497,713 in daily sales, and Gods Unchained Cards amassed US$465,640. Ethereum-based Milady Maker recorded US$402,683 in daily sales, further highlighting the diverse range of collections contributing to the day’s overall sales volume.

Blockchain Performance:

  • Ethereum: The Ethereum network, home to CryptoPunks and several other leading collections, led all blockchains in NFT sales on Tuesday, totaling US$4.74 million.
  • Polygon: Following closely, the Polygon blockchain achieved US$3.92 million in sales, marking a notable increase from the previous day’s US$2.76 million. This growth underscores Polygon’s rising popularity as a platform for NFT transactions.
